CapaJet to operate special repatriation flights, which includes Mumbai-Sydney and Bengaluru-Christchurch

In accordance with the latest directive released by Ministry of External Affairs and the Department of Civil Aviation India to bring back stranded Indians in the country, CapaJet today announced that it would be operating more special charter flights from New Zealand and Australia for Indians who are stuck or are willing to return to India.

CapaJet has received overwhelming success with India to Australia repatriation missions including the current Mumbai-Sydney flight, which has received a tremendous response from the fliers. CapaJet is also launching India to New Zealand with first flight between Bengaluru and Christchurch on June 17. More flights will be announced in few days. Flight details like date of departure, fare and booking process can be obtained from the company’s website 

CapaJet is committed to provide high-end service and a comfortable flying experience to its flier. To ensure this, the company has selected Singapore Airlines to operate its long haul Asia and APAC repatriation mission. With such strategic associations in place, CapaJet is on track to repatriate over 5000 people by the end of June.

In last three months, CapaJet has become the most preferred carrier for many countries to engage whilst outourcing services for repatriation. Countries like India, Australia, New Zealand and Canada have already approved special repatriation flights while discussions are going on with many other countries aswell.

Since the pandemic has begun, CapaJet has extended its support to various countries to operate special repatriation charter flights and bring back stranded citizens. The New Zealand to India Repatriation charter flight is in accordance with MEA directive, which allows for charter flights and non-scheduled flights to operate back into India bringing back stranded Indians.

While operating the repatriation flights, CapaJet will be ensuring and adhering to the latest international aviation guidelines issued to prevent the spread of COVID-19 disease. The aircrafts will be sanitised, temperature screening will be done for each passenger and the crew will ensure all these stringent guidelines are being followed.
